I'm an AI-driven operations and customer experience professional with 13+ years across stc, Jahez and Snoonu. Teams call me when they need someone who can do a bit of everything and figure out the rest.
I put AI and automation to work wherever they add value, using Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT and Codex, and connect them with n8n into one workflow. Today I'm a Regional Account Manager at Snoonu, handling brand complaints and delivery performance across 350+ branches.

- [Delivery coverage tool](https://saqer.si/work/geofencing/): Enhanced and now own the geofencing tool used to design delivery zones, adding AI for zone editing, merchant history and before-and-after impact analysis. Result: Average delivery time dropped by over 4 minutes, and I was named Snoonu Champion in August 2026.
- [AI content & automation system](https://saqer.si/work/content-system/): A connected system that scans the news, sends digests and produces carousels, thumbnails and videos on request, powered by custom Claude skills. Result: Daily Shorts on my YouTube channel with every number taken from its source, plus carousels, thumbnails and digests on request.
- [Daily performance analysis](https://saqer.si/work/daily-analysis/): Claude turns merchant data into management-ready reports on orders, driving time and delivery time before and after each optimization. Result: A daily report to senior management that shows the impact of each change in numbers.
